We have some thrilling news to share. Last summer, we unveiled Echoes of Mystralia at Gamescom, PAX West and the Tokyo Game Show. Now, we invite you to step into the shoes of Mazarim, a Watcher of the Cycle of Memories, in our new roguelite action-RPG. It’s time to play!

We’re also thrilled to share that our studio has moved to new offices in Montreal. This space fosters creativity and collaboration within the Borealys team. We are hard at work on Echoes of Mystralia, and we appreciate your support and enthusiasm for our previous title, Mages of Mystralia. Join the Convention Build Playtest

This was the perfect time for us to finally reveal the new game we have been working on: Echoes of Mystralia. We brought our latest opus, to showcase it directly to the gaming community. It was very important for us to attend these events not only to introduce Echoes of Mystralia to a global audience but to also connect with passionate gamers who are at the heart of everything we do. 

Reveal Party at Montreal

We had a reveal party in our office with pizza and drinks in order to gather as a team and watch the Future Game Show together. 

Some of our coworkers are living abroad or pretty far from the office so they shared with us at-a-distance. We had a blast watching our reveal together and we hope to share a lot of more moments like this with the community! 

We won a little acknowledgement during PAX West as the best Saturday Game played during the Event and it makes us very happy! 

Prior to the reveal, we’ve done a private playtest of the game and also wanted to create a unique opportunity for players to experience the magic of Mystralia firsthand by putting the game into their hands. Seeing their reactions, hearing their thoughts, and discussing their gameplay experiences face-to-face was both delighting and incredibly valuable.

Our team is more excited than ever about the project. We are thankful for the support and enthusiasm we’ve received.

While our time at Gamescom, PAX West, and the Tokyo Game Show was a resounding success, we did encounter a small issue. You play as Mazarim, an apprentice protector of the Cycle of Memories. Mazarim must travel the world to close a Rift that threatens to wipe out all Mystralia’s memories.
Each memory found is an essential step towards restoring balance. Every encounter with the inhabitants and every battle against the Shadows of the Past strengthens your connection with the deep roots of this spellbinding kingdom. As you explore mysterious lands and face great challenges, you’ll collect memories that will shed light on the links between your own story and Mystralia’s destiny.

In the game, you will find Mages of Mystralia’s award-winning spellcrafting system coming to a new era! As a protector of the Cycle, you discover the intricate art of weaving Memory Magic, allowing you to craft spells of infinite variety and powerful synergies.

Borealys can’t wait to see you at some of the world’s biggest video game events, including Gamescom in Europe, Pax West in North America and the Tokyo Game Show in Japan ! 

These are three major events where we will meet you and take you on a new adventure in the world of Mystralia! 

As the place to be for gamers from all horizons, it was obvious for us to be there this year, and it’s the perfect opportunity to unveil our brand new project to you!

From 21 to 25 August we will be at Gamescom in Cologne, then from 30 August to 2 September we will be at PAX West in Seattle, and finally we will attend the Tokyo Game Show 2024 in Japan, from 26 to 29 September! Webbasego Games will have a booth at these three major events, and we hope to see many of you there!
